When inflated, the BOSU® Balance Trainer Replacement Bladder will bring life back into your home gym training tool. Replacement bladders are ideal for revamping your old BOSU® Balance Trainer that has potentially worn down over time. Simply inflate or deflate the bladder once attached for your desired workout difficulty.

Installation: 

1. Unscrew the rim on the sides.
2. Carefully place the bladder on top of the base, ensuring that it is aligned flush.
3. Place the rim over the base and the bladder, and re-attach.
4. Inflate your BOSU Ball for full-body workouts.
