        Should I be using hot or cold therapy?
        Generally speaking, heat is used to treat muscle soreness or stiffness and ice is used for acute injuries or pain that involve inflammation or swelling. Hyperice X combines both of these modalities so you can select the treat that works best for you.
        What are the benefits of using Hyperice X?
        Hyperice X contrast therapy creates a localized cycle of alternating heat and cold to the area for recovery and rehabilitation, decreased sensitivity to pain and pressure, and improved inflammatory management.
        How long does it take to fully charge?
        The Hyperice X may need to be plugged in before first use. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery when the device is plugged in and not in use. The battery will provide power for approximately 60-90 minutes of continuous use.
        Can the Hyperice X Knee be adjusted if the fit is either too big or small?
        Absolutely! If the device is too big, use included minimizers by attaching the minimizers to the existing straps and secure. If the device is too small, use the included extenders and attach the extenders in the open loops and secure them properly.
        Can I perform a factory reset on the Hyperice X Knee?
        If needed, Factory Reset your device by plugging it into the charger and then holding down the power button for 10-12 seconds.

      • For best results, place your Hyperice X directly on bare skin. You may wear thin, athletic wear if preferred. Place the Hyperice X over knee and align the kneecap ring with your kneecap. Adjust straps until snug and start your session through the Hyperice App.
      • Too big or too small - If the device is too big, use included minimizers by attaching the minimizers to the existing straps and secure. If the device is too small, use the included extenders and attach the extenders in the open loops and secure properly.
      • Using the device on the maximum heat or cold setting requires more power and may possibly shorten the battery life during your usage treatment. Please note that you can use your Hyperice X while it's plugged in to the charging power cord.
